Business is Everywhere!

Yesterday I was at my part time job, bartending, and I mentioned to a woman that I sell jewelry ( I try to mention in every conversation that I have a jewelry business, and I am always wearing the jewelry so if people want to see it right then and there, they can! )  This woman asked to see a catalog and the moment I handed it to her, she told me on the spot she wanted to have a party!  Since I am always ready for business, I was able to send her home with materials for her party and we set a date on the spot :)  Always be ready for business!  You never know when someone will ask for what you have to offer...

Attitude is Everything

My happiest moment over the weekend was this:  I got a cancellation for a party (no good) and rather than letting it get me down, because my 3 new teammates were going to come shadow me, I turned it around and made it a positive thing!  Instead, I had all 3 ladies over for some training (as well as snacks and drinks!) and it was a great success :)  In the face of something negative, we have the ability to turn it around and make it positive, but we have to have the right attitude

                                                   

Happiness is Simplicity

Happiest moment today: cooking dinner for my husband, knowing he would be home to eat with me!  We haven't seen each other much lately because he's been busy as work, so just knowing he was coming home to a hot delicious meal made me happy :)
